Shon is tasked with growing the business’s presence in these regions and will work with developers and housebuilders to support residential, BTR and PBSA schemes.
He joins from Lloyds Banking Group where he spent 15 years, most recently as relationship director. There, he led the bank’s real estate business for the South West of England and South Wales.
In his career he has facilitated over £1bn of senior debt funding and managed a loan portfolio exceeding £450m.
Shon also serves as a nonexecutive member of the Homes & Treasury Committee at Brighter Places Housing Association.
