This will help deliver CABÜ which is owned and operated by London developers JP Ledwidge and Olivia Hutchinson.
The Cotswolds site will comprise 51 one-, two- and three-bedroom self-catered cabins with amenities including a spa, shop, restaurant, bars, studio space and swimming pools.
The 25-acre site will be the third CABÜ resort in the brand, with sites already operating in Kent and County Caven, Ireland.
The Zenzic facility will also fund the development of eight new barn style houses and two restored loft houses on an adjacent site.
