Roger joins the development finance subsidiary of Zenzic Capital from Clearwell Capital where he spent six years as head of loan origination.

Prior to that he held senior roles at firms including Maslow Capital, United Trust Bank and Nationwide Building Society.

At Zenzic, Roger will be responsible for deal origination through to execution and post investment monitoring.

He will lead Zenzic Development Finance’s team and report to Thomas Lloyd-Jones, co-founder and CIO at Zenzic Capital.
