Persimmon starts work on 208 Black Country homes

Persimmon has started work on 208 homes in Coseley, in the Black Country.

This is the third phase of the Coseley New Village site and will include one and two-bedroom apartments, and three and four-bedroom houses.

All homes will be fitted with solar panels.

“We are delighted to have secured approval for this phase of the development, which will bring much-needed new homes to Dudley,” said Neil Williams, regional managing director (central) at Persimmon.

“The earlier phases have proved very popular, so we’re really pleased to be able to extend the development and offer more new homes for local people.”

“The site has been carefully designed with sustainability and community in mind, and works are now underway on site.”
