This will form part of the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus which will open this year, serving mainly postgraduate students who only study for a year.
The new development will feature 1,143 sq m of amenity space and target BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.
UPP is scheduling completion for 2030, whereupon it will be responsible for day-to-day management and operation of the buildings.
