Located in the Queen’s University Belfast Quarter, this would see the former Wellington Park Hotel site redeveloped.
Much of Belfast’s existing student accommodation is concentrated in the city centre, some distance away from the main campus.
The proposed development is located much closer to Queen’s University.
Once completed, the PBSA will be managed by Homes for Students in the firm’s first entrance to the Northern Irish market.
