This funding will support the care home developer in land acquisition, development and investment activity.
LNT has so far developed more than 250 sites, representing over 16,500 beds, and aims to build a further 15-20 care homes over the next three years.
The facility will initially support five schemes, totalling 330 beds, in Norfolk, Devon, Gloucestershire, Cheshire and Tyne & Wear.
