The webinar will take place on Thursday 23rd July at 10am, providing a practical walkthrough of how data can be used to evaluate development opportunities and avoid costly mistakes at the earliest stages of a project.

During the session, Searchland's team will demonstrate how developers can use property and planning data to assess potential sites and make more informed decisions.

This will use real examples of development opportunities around Birmingham, and attendees will see how factors such as planning history, ownership information, planning constraints, SHLAA data and local sales and lettings activity can influence whether a site is suitable for development.

The session will also explore some of the less obvious indicators that can help developers determine whether an opportunity is worth progressing, providing practical insights that can be applied to future projects.
