Last month saw the lender deliver financing solutions to the development, construction and refurbishment of both residential and PBSA schemes across the UK.
The lender’s origination team, led by Matthew Blaine Young, has managed to secure long-term relationships with existing borrowers and brokers while building out its network.
This means the lender has a “very strong” onward pipeline of new loans expected to complete across the summer and early autumn.

Atelier hit its £1bn lending milestone in January 2026 and is on track to reach another £1bn by 2029.
