Hearth House is Arka Living’s flagship property and set to open in September 2027, with bookings available from this Autumn.

The scheme will comprise of 192 individual studios and six two-bed apartments, all with access to resident-exclusive amenities and all-inclusive bills.

Resident-exclusive amenities will include lounges, a private dining space, a dedicated study room and a gym, with amenities featuring on floors throughout the property.
