The social rent homes will be built by Arada’s in-house construction arm across three sites in the borough of Camden.

These homes will form part of larger sites already being delivered by Arada London, which is part of the UAE-based developer Arada.

The agreement includes 79 affordable homes at 100 Avenue Road, Arada London’s recently launched development near Regent’s Park and Hampstead Heath, which will feature a total of 172 new one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.

Construction is already underway with practical completion due in the summer of 2028.

This also includes 30 affordable homes at 100 Chalk Farm Road in Camden Town, which will also comprise 240 PBSA beds and 7,750 sq ft of ground floor commercial space across three buildings and is due to complete in Spring 2028.

The agreement also covers 27 affordable homes at Jamestown Road, Arada London’s joint venture with 4c Hotel Group, which will also feature 179 PBSA beds and 3,000 sq ft of commercial space.
