This brings the total number of homes delivered to SNG within the phase to 95.

The first 11 homes in Phase B1B were handed over in 2025 as part of a programme that has seen Vistry work closely with affordable housing partners to deliver homes for local people.

Located off Winchester Road on the southern edge of Basingstoke, Hounsome Fields is a major mixed-tenure development where Vistry is delivering around 750 homes across seven phases.

The homes include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments together with two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, available through affordable rent and shared ownership schemes.

There are also proposals for a community building and allotments.
