Multi-award winning lender Regentsmead has assisted a midlands based developer building on a parcel of land behind  a pub in Shrewsbury with planning for 2 x 4 bed detached houses.

The site was purchased for £250,000 with a build cost amounting to £280,000. Each bungalow is expected to sell for £280,000. With the prompt financial assistance of Regentsmead the developer was able to finish within 9 months. Regentsmead Chief Executive commented, ‘This development is another great example of a quality builder with a great product that we are delighted to have partnered with. It just goes to show what a good partnership can create - a quick supply of funds teamed with skilled developing can achieve a more than punctual completion.

"Given the extreme shortage of housing in the country we need to find more builders with quality projects such as these. A fantastic job done all round and already looking forward to the next one".

Client Richard noted, “" From our first meeting at Regentsmead office we knew, this was the company that was right for us. Getting all the legal side sorted was straight forward between our solicitor and Regentsmead. The build was straight forward and stress free as most builders our size know how stressful it is with cash flow on projects like this, from the independent surveyor coming out to check works completed at agreed stages. Within 24 hours our money was in our account hassle free, we have more projects like this and would recommend Regentsmead over any high street bank "
