Omni Capital’s new partnership with Inspired Asset Management and equity partner Capitalise Assets is set to support the construction of 39 luxurious but affordable new flats in Croydon.

The one and two bed homes, based at Canius House in the town’s restaurant quarter, are designed for young London professionals aspiring to get on the housing ladder.

The apartments are scheduled to be available in autumn 2015 at will start at £250,000.
