A new ‘matching’ service enabling property developers to generate more sales by identifying in a more targeted and effective way is set to launch in the New Year.
Part Exchange Register, creates property matches between property developers’ new homes and agents’ properties via software that features ‘moving on requirements’, which looks at where buyers want to live, what type of property they want to buy and what their budget is.
Operations Director of the Part Exchange Register, Joanne McClarence, hopes that the new website will be a proactive and unique tool that will generate additional sales for developers.
“Traditionally, developers have used large property portals and their own websites to market their stock,” she said.
“Part Exchange Register is different - it is not a marketing portal for use by the general public, but is instead a ‘matching tool’ for use by developers and agents to positively move individuals into their next home.”
Part Exchange Register will work alongside and enhance property developers’ own part exchange offer, enabling them to market current and potential stock.
