Kebony and Bliss have announced they will be working together again on an innovative, eco-friendly property on the North Norfolk coast.

Provider of durable and environmentally friendly wood, Kebony has teamed up with developers Bliss on Greenbanks, which is described as open and spacious in a ‘Scandi meets North Norfolk’ setting, with subtle modern interior finishes and high tech features.

The companies previously collaborated on a residential property on Hurst Avenue in London.

Bliss designed the environmentally-friendly 2,180 square feet property, which will all be fully detached and all on one level. Despite Greenbanks’ woodland setting, the development will only be a couple of minutes’ walk from town.

The exterior has been designed to incorporate sustainability-oriented construction techniques and modern materials, like Kebony wood, which changes in appearance with time, turning a silvery grey to fit with the rustic surroundings.

The interior of the property will have a triple aspect living and entertaining area, with 3.5m ceiling heights. A Heatmiser smartphone controls the heating and hot water system and the property will include the UK’s first electronic pet-walk door.

Daniel Broch, Founder of Bliss, commented that Greenbanks will see the launch of the company’s new ‘latralife’ brand, which aims to deliver cool and contemporary living spaces around the UK.

“Working with Kebony again was a no brainer for us and we're already working on another project together, Daniel added.

Adrian Pye, International Sales Director at Kebony, was delighted to be working with Bliss again.

“We are very proud not only to be contributing to another property with such fantastic design and aesthetic credentials, but also to take part of the global trend of eco-friendly architecture and development.”
