New findings from Search Acumen have found that firms who survived the recession are now enjoying greater business than in 2007 at the peak of the property market.
The Conveyancing Market Tracker also identifies improving systems and processes as lead drivers for future growth.
The key findings from the analysis of property transaction data from 2005 to 2014 found that seven firms completed over 6,000 transactions last year compared to only one firm who managed that 10 years ago.
Also mergers and exits leave the average firm handling more transactions than since the start of the recession and the collective market share of the top 200 firms has grown 10 per cent since 2007.
