Leicestershire-based Meridian Mortgages will now begin working under the specialist network as an AR after having traded as a directly authorised firm, and the firm has stated it is on target to complete over 2000 new build mortgages this year.
Meridian currently services UK developers such as Barratt Homes, Bellway Homes and Keepmoat, as well as large regional developers Gleeson Homes and Jelson Homes.
