Bridging Finance Limited has expanded its team of regional development managers with three new recruits.
Steve Powis, Mark Finucane and Paul Chadney join as part of Bridging Finance’s ongoing expansion, which along with sister company Auction Finance Limited, completed over £22m last month alone across 81 transactions.
Steve has 22 years’ experience in commercial and corporate banking with HSBC, Lloyds and RBS and will join as regional development manager for South Wales, Gloucestershire, Oxford, Worcester and Hereford.
Mark joins from First Title Insurance plc to become regional development manager for the Midlands, and Paul becomes regional development director for the South.
Chris Baguley, Managing Director of Bridging Finance, said the expansion of their regional development team spoke volumes about the success they were enjoying.
“We’re keen to expand our services more widely across the UK to really take advantage of the strong performance of the specialist finance market,” said Chris.
“With newly recruited regional development managers in place, we are confident we can continue to expand our operations and enjoy further growth.”
