Property developer Redrow has revealed record revenue for the year ending June 2015…
The group announced that for the first time it has crossed the £1bn mark, with turnover up from £864m to £1.15bn.
Profit before tax rose from £133m to £204m, exceeding the £200m for the first time.
Steve Morgan, Chairman of Redrow, said: “At a time when the UK needs a substantial increase in home building, it gives me great pleasure to report strong growth for Redrow.”
“We have a strong pipeline of attractive sites in excellent locations and a high quality industry-leading product.
“Redrow is in great shape and I am looking forward to another year of significant progress."
The firm built and sold over 4,000 homes across the UK last year, up 12% on the previous 12 months and up 42% compared to 2013.
