The former British Sugar Factory site in North Lincolnshire has been put on the market for £5m.

The mixed-use site has an area of 104 acres with 38 acres for employment use and could provide up to 478,000 square feet of new industrial space.

Dave Robinson, Industrial Director at Savills, said: “This major site is very well-connected and would be suitable for a wide range of industrial uses.

“With scope for further rural and residential use, subject to planning, it also offers significant future development potential.”

The site benefits from dual access via the A18 and B1206, plus links to junction 4 of the M180.
