Ricky Gervais is selling his Hampstead Heath home for £7.75m, more than double the £3.5m he paid for it in 2006.
The star of hit TV show ‘The Office’ is reported to have spent £1m upgrading the property with a basement leisure suite which includes a swimming pool, gym, laundry room and golf simulator.
Estate agents Goldschmidt & Howland who are marketing the house described the Victorian property as a: “very special home that offers solid, spacious rooms, incredible high ceilings, charm, character, light and many original features.”
Surprisingly, the property only has two bedrooms - although could “easily” have four, while the ground floor contains a double reception room with doors leading to a secluded garden.
According to Zoopla, Gervais is believed to have spent £10.5m buying a property nearby.
