Savills has announced the appointment of an associate to its Birmingham development team.
Sarah Gregory joins the estate agent after four years in the planning, development and regeneration team at Bilfinger GVA, where she advised public and private sector clients including Birmingham City Council.
Barry Allen, Development Director and Head of Savills Birmingham, said: “We are pleased to be welcoming Sarah to the business as we enter the last quarter of an extremely busy year.
“She will be a real asset to the team and [will] use her specialist skills and experience to provide development consultancy and viability advice to a diverse mix of clients.”
Sarah began her career at DTZ after university, and is currently chair of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors Matrics committee in Birmingham.
