Galliard Homes has secured a £30m stretched senior development loan to fund 228 affordable homes in London.
Residential development lender Pluto Finance provided the loan which will be used to develop Trinity Square in Hounslow.
The development is part of Galliard’s ‘Get on the Ladder’ campaign to provide apartments costing less than £300,000 to help Londoners get a foot on the housing ladder.

Pluto Finance previously worked with Galliard by funding its Riverdale House scheme in Lewisham which was almost completely pre-sold.
