Warwickshire County Cricket Club and the Homes and Communities Agency have put an area of land adjacent to Edgbaston Stadium up for sale.
Both organisations are represented by Savills and the 6.8 acre development opportunity, which borders the test match venue, has planning permission for residential, office, retail, leisure and hotel use.
“This is a rare opportunity to acquire development land within the popular and affluent suburb of Edgbaston, which is less than two miles from Birmingham city centre,” said Sian Tibbatts, associate in the development team at Savills.
“We are very pleased to be working with the landowners to select a purchaser who will bring forward the next chapter of this exciting site.”
