Lovell has been appointed to procurement specialist Fusion 21’s national whole house framework, which is worth up to £100m over four years.

Through the framework, the housing refurbishment and regeneration company will be eligible to bid to carry out housing repair programmes for public sector organisations across the UK, including local authorities and housing associations.

Lovell has been appointed to nine out of the framework’s 11 lots and will cover the maintenance work for the installation of new kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors, roofing work, heating and internal and external repairs.

Gary Stanfield, Framework Manager at Fusion 21, said it was fantastic that Lovell had been appointed to nine lots.

“The framework now offers customers the opportunity to call off multiple lots, and will generate greater efficiency savings for public sector organisations across the country,” said Gary.

Peter Quinn, National Business Development Director at Lovell, said Lovell would be providing a comprehensive range of planned repairs and maintenance services.

“This appointment recognises Lovell’s ability to successfully deliver large-scale planned maintenance programmes through our local community-based teams,” said Peter.
