A phase of the redevelopment of studios used to film the James Bond movies are on track to be completed this year..
Pinewood Group said phase one of its £200m long-term development scheme will be completed in June 2016.
It said the expansion, which will add five new sound stages and additional facilities totalling 300,000 sq ft to the Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire, is on schedule and within budget.
Pinewood Group said the development will create a workspace with 12 stages which can be customised.
Currently, there are approximately 260 independent, media-related companies based at its media hubs in Pinewood, Shepperton and Wales.
Ivan Dunleavy, Chief Executive of Pinewood Group, said: “The company continues to experience strong demand for its facilities and services as we look forward to the new financial year.
"We believe Pinewood has the potential to build on the strong performance of the last few years to grow further both in the UK and internationally,” added Ivan.
“The board is now looking to identify the best ways to create the appropriate capital structure to allow the company to realise its goals in the best interests of shareholders."
Pinewood Group is Europe’s largest provider of stage and studio space.
More than 2,000 movies have been filmed in its studios over the past 80 years including the most recent James Bond film Spectre.
