Robinhall House in the village of Moneyreagh, just outside Belfast, boasts a professionally-laid golf practice area, driving range and four greens seeded with grass to US PGA standard.
A former home of golfer Rory McIlroy has seen its asking price decrease from £2.5m to £2m in less than a year.
The property was originally up for sale in June 2015 after McIlroy sold the house to property developer Gary McCausland two years previously.
The house has five reception rooms as well as a high gloss kitchen and five ensuite bedrooms with a master suite complete with ‘his and hers’ dressing rooms.
Despite the drop in price, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) believed the Northern Irish housing market was showing resilience to certain factors impacting the rest of the UK, such as stamp duty and the EU referendum.
Samuel Dickey, a spokesperson for the RICS, said: "The ongoing lack of supply in the market is certainly a factor in this, acting to put upward pressure on prices.”
Local surveyors also expect house prices and sales in the region to rise over the next three months with the RICS expecting a 5% growth spurt over the course of 2016.
The home is available through Simon Brien Residential here.
