Olympic medallists launch property course

Two British Olympians have launched a property investment performance training programme.

Steve Backley OBE and Roger Black MBE will launch their ‘Perform in Property’ course with professional education experts Legacy Education Alliance, Inc. (LEA) in London on 27th April.

In a joint statement, Steve and Roger said: “We have spent many years honing and sharing our understanding of the power and relevance of performance outside the sporting arena.

“Joining forces with LEA is a strategic move to teach performance enhancing skills to those seeking to build a legacy for themselves through property investment.

“We will share with Perform in Property students our first-hand experience of performance and help them assimilate this into not only their property investment business, but also into daily life.”

Perform in Property students will spend up to two years learning basic or advanced property investment techniques and strategies from active professionals.

The programme is not the pair’s first venture together, having run workplace performance consultancy BackleyBlack for six years.

Their expertise in performance psychology will be added to LEA’s 24 years’ experience of running property investment training programmes.

Martin Foster, LEA’s Vice President UK and International, added: “The entire team welcomes Steve and Roger into the collective fold.

“We teach our students the kudos of power teams as well as the importance of building a legacy.

“Steve and Roger understand both of these essential life and business concepts, not only as sporting champions but also as parents.”
