A renowned golf club and its commercial properties have been put up for sale.


Chart Hills Golf Club in Biddenden, Kent is available through Savills from a guide price of £2.75m. 

The club contains an 18-hole golf course as well a converted office space, clubhouse, greenkeeper’s building and a car park for 150 vehicles. 

There is also an adjacent residential property that comprises of a converted barn which is currently used for staff accommodation. This property is available by separate negotiation. 

Chart Hills Golf Club has played host to the Ladies European Tour, as well as the Ladies English Open Championship, where the championship golf course was designed by golfing legend Sir Nick Faldo. 

The club operates as a proprietary club, but also attracts green fees and society usage, while the function facilities in the clubhouse generate further income.
