The 208,000 sq ft site is located over a 10-acre development adjacent to Dundee’s busy Kingsway retail park.
The property on the Dryburgh Industrial Estate is on offer at bids in excess of £1.25m following instruction to DM Hall from its joint administrators of Twickler Estates Limited.
The site was previously owned by Tesco before it was acquired by Twickler Estates as a large production facility.
“This site has a prominent roadside position with high visibility from Kingsway and is potentially capable of sub-division or redevelopment,” said Jim Honeyman, director of DM Hall’s Dundee office.
“It was last occupied by an organisation engaged in engineering and fabrication activities.”
