Previously known as both Momentum and AMC, it has rebranded to better describe its expanded product range whereby it now offers a fully funded, part-exchange proposition.
Having originally acted for housebuilders and developers, it will now offer help to homebuyers moving into a new-build property by facilitating the sale of their existing house on their behalf.
The part-exchange proposition offered benefits homeowners who are struggling to sell their existing home or don’t have the time nor want the hassle of selling it.

The company arranges for two independent valuations on the property, as well as providing a valuation report to the developer before facilitating a cash offer to the homebuyer for their existing property.
Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move also works with developers who offer their own ‘in-house’ part-exchange schemes by offering appraisals, comparisons and managing the sale of the existing properties from start to finish.
Neil Knight, business development director of Spicerhaart Part Exchange & Assisted Move (pictured above), said: “We have worked hard to provide a comprehensive range of services designed specifically for builders and developers.
“We now have a groundbreaking funded, part-exchange and assisted move proposition.
“Our teams work closely with developers to ensure they are able to add value and provide their customers with the best possible service.”
