Story Homes to start second phase of Fallows Park development

Story Homes is set to launch the second phase of its Fallows Park development in County Durham, which includes a range of four- and five-bedroom homes.

Fallows Park comprises 10 different house types and is part of Wynyard housing development, which – once completed – will consist of over 2,000 homes.

Since launching Fallows Park in late 2015, Story Homes has sold nearly all the available properties in phase one.

Construction is now in progress on phase two, which will include 40 detached homes, including some of Story’s best-selling house types.

The first of the new properties were released for sale on 19th August.

“The sought-after location at Wynyard Park, excellent transport links and the high quality of the homes have meant that this development has been extremely popular,” said Gillian Bell, sales manager at Story Homes.

“We believe that we are offering something different from other developers in the North East, so we look forward to showing families around our show homes at our upcoming event and introducing them to the superior finish and prestige specification of our properties at Fallows Park.”

Wynyard Park residents will have access to a range of facilities, including a pub, village store, gym and a primary school with plans for an additional pub and primary school.

“Our vision is to create a unique living environment that offers a high-quality way of life for people living here,” said Matt Johnson, development director at Wynyard Park.

“We deliberately chose to partner with a limited number of housing developers and Story Homes reflects our aims perfectly with its focus on high-quality build and specification for its homes.”
