Sarah has joined from Turley and specialises in town/city centre regeneration projects and large-scale, residential-led schemes.

Sarah has previously helped to secure planning permission from Croydon Council for the 7ha Fair Field site near East Croydon station and assisted Land Securities and the Crown Estate to secure permission for Westgate, a major retail-led scheme in Oxford city centre.
