“As our business has expanded over the last few years, this has given us a wider market reach and allowed us to fund more schemes that have been turned down by traditional bank funding.
“It shows how the specialist finance sector is truly thriving and, at Regentsmead, we have one of the strongest teams and [product] offerings in the development finance sector.
“However, as always, we will strive to improve and hopefully we can retain this prestigious award in 2018.”
The judging criteria for the award focused on doing the right thing for customers, attitudes towards pricing and service and going the extra mile.
