Carillion appoints new CEO



Multinational facilities management and construction services company Carillion has announced the appointment of Andrew Davies as chief executive officer.


Andrew will take up his new role from 2nd April 2018 and also join the company’s board of directors.

Keith Cochrane will continue as interim CEO until Andrew assumes his position.

Andrew is currently the chief executive of Wates Group Ltd, a role he has held since 2014.

He has previously held a series of senior positions with BAE Systems over a period of 28 years.

Andrew is also a non-executive director of Chemring Group PLC.

He brings to Carillion experience of complex public sector contracting in projects, support services and construction.

“His experience and his people-focused personal style are an ideal combination for our business.
