In his new role, James will focus on the shopping centre and high street shop markets and will be based in London.

James has joined from Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent 14 years in the in-town retail investment team and worked on deals including the acquisitions of Waverley Mall, Edinburgh, for Moorgath and the New George Street Estate, Plymouth, for British Land.
