The industrial past of the site has been incorporated into the design of the New York-style apartments, which are targeted at executives of the nearby legal district and tech industry and will coincide with the launch of Amazon’s new London HQ located less than one mile away.
The development spans Long Street and Waterson Street in E2 and is made up of two restored workshop buildings as well as the newly built Waterson building.
The scheme has sourced a mix of international experience and local partners to stimulate the Shoreditch economy.
A team of international designers has selected the interior specifications of the apartments to create an understated quality feel.
The units will have Italian designed kitchens by Poliform, Miele appliances and London-based Waterworks ironmongery.
