The development finance lender is hoping to raise money for The Princess Anne Maternity Unit at Royal Bolton Hospital.
The funds will be used to raise much needed money to help facilitate a new structural layout for the neonatal department.
This will create more space around the cots, making it easier for parents and families to bond with their new baby.

The unit is also looking to create an area where parents of babies in care can sit down to eat or have the space to gather their thoughts during what can be a very stressful time in their lives.
The hospital also hopes to modernise the accommodation for parents who need to stay at the hospital while their baby is in the neonatal unit.
The lender has chosen the charity after a relative of one of its staff members’ baby was born prematurely and is being cared for in the neonatal unit.
Goldentree is encouraging its contacts to help support the charity through its Just Giving page.
