High Road West is a mixed development located opposite Tottenham Hotspur Football Club’s new stadium and is set to provide more than 2,500 new homes.
Some 30% of these properties will be shared ownership and affordable rent homes.
The scheme will also provide a new civic square for community activities and cultural events, with new shops, restaurants and cafes.
There will also be a new park, green spaces, a children’s play area and outdoor gym, as well as new thoroughfare routes and community spaces which will directly link the area to Tottenham Hotspur’s new ground and Northumberland Park.
A new district energy centre and workspace are also expected to be included in the scheme.

Jonathan Emery, managing director of property, Europe, at Lendlease, said: “Signing High Road West with Haringey allows us to work in partnership to deliver a comprehensive development, including much-needed new homes, first-class amenities and enhanced facilities for Tottenham residents.
“With prioritised funding for skills and training, we will support local entrepreneurship and long-term employment opportunities for the people of Tottenham to ensure the long-term success of this vital regeneration.”
Lendlease was selected as the preferred bidder for the project in September 2017.
The development is expected to create circa 4,000 jobs across the lifetime of the project, with a high proportion of the jobs targeted for local people.
The first phase of the development is expected to start this year.
