The development will comprise over 30,000 sq ft of dedicated communal space, including residents’ lounge, health centre and dining club, with an additional 35,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space in the three-storey podium.
The building will also include a 200-metre rooftop running circuit, which will offer panoramic views of the Birmingham skyline.
The project – ‘2one2 Broad Street’ – will include a range of apartment sizes, from studios to three-beds.
