This means that at least half of the demand for serviced plots must be authorised by October 2019.
To support the drive of self-build homes in the region, the National Homebuilding & Renovating Show is returning to the NEC Birmingham from 22-25th March 2018.
Visitors will benefit from over 500 exhibitors and 16 free daily seminars and masterclasses in the extended venue.
The event will also have real case studies with the chance for visitors to discuss the dilemmas they faced during their self-build renovation experience.

It will offer opportunities for attendees to book bespoke consultations with celebrity experts who present TV programmes, including Charlie Luxton, sustainable architectural designer and presenter of Channel 4’s ‘Best Laid Plans’, who will be available to discuss homes of the future, new architectural designs and eco living.
Julia Kendell – interior design expert for BBC’s ‘DIY SOS: The Big Build’ and ITV’s ’60 Minute Makeover’ – will also be at the event to meet with visitors and discuss interior adaptions.
