CBRE expands Leeds planning team

CBRE has announced two senior planning appointments to its Leeds team.

Oliver Freer (pictured above, right) has joined as a director, while Megan Bracha (left) has been recruited as a senior planner.

Megan has joined CBRE from Knight Frank, while Oliver has moved from Savills.

Both will work closely with CBRE’s wider UK development team.

Oliver said he was pleased to be joining CBRE as it expands its northern planning team.

“The strength and breadth of CBRE services provides fantastic opportunities for growing the planning business, building on my experience of working on major regeneration projects in the City.

“I look forward to working closely with my Manchester colleagues to ensure we deliver a comprehensive and seamless service to clients across the North of England.”

Iain Jenkinson, head of national planning at CBRE (centre), added: “We are delighted to recruit Oliver and Megan to head up the new planning team within the Leeds office.

“They will work alongside myself and the planning and development team in Manchester to ensure we deliver a full northern service offering to our growing client base."
