The 266-bed development will comprise cluster flats of four, five, six and seven with shared lounge, kitchen and dining area as well as a free-to-use washer/dryer.
The development will also feature communal facilities, including a large common room with views of the River Sherbourne, a study hub and meeting space, gym and bike storage.
The scheme is located on Harper Road, just a two-minute walk to Coventry University’s main campus and a ten-minute walk to the city centre.
DAY Architectural has been appointed as architects for the development and the design of the building follows a U-shape, which wraps around a central courtyard which has been sensitively designed using materials which are in keeping with the surrounding architecture.
