Generator Strategic Land Ltd is interested in residentially led sites above five acres in size, including greenfield land opportunities and redundant brownfield sites for regeneration.
It is specifically targeting key towns and city locations, such as green belt sites close to local amenities and with good infrastructure links.
The company has already exchanged contracts on two strategic land sites comprising around 50 acres with the potential for 575 new homes.
Another three opportunities – with the potential to deliver over 1,250 new homes on 210 acres – are going through the legal process.

Paul Isaacs, managing director at Generator Group, said: “We are delighted to launch our partnership with Topland, through which we will be ideally positioned with funding in place to move with speed and agility to secure strategic sites.
“With this type of investment backing we can play a vital part in the delivery of new housing land to help address the country’s acute housing shortage.
Sol Zakay, CEO at Topland, added: “The UK’s continued housing shortage requires a wide range of solutions and approaches – from both the public and private sectors and from large- and small-scale developers.
“Generator Strategic Land will utilise Topland’s significant cash resources and development expertise alongside Generator’s site assembly skills to create a pipeline of new development opportunities rarely found outside the volume housebuilders.”
