The 12-storey office building ‘S1’ will have retail space on the ground floor and resemble the newly created ‘S2’ building, which will sit alongside it.
Once completed, the developments will have an ‘interlocking’ appearance.

The concept has been designed by Mossession, with Weedon the delivery architect for the project.
The proposed development is so large that it has been issued with its own postcode (N1C).
BAM will commence initial works on the scheme this week, with completion scheduled for the end of 2020.
