“I am delighted that Kier Living has been chosen by Homes England as [its] preferred delivery partner for such an important development of 750 new homes, a school and other valuable community facilities, including 180 affordable homes, at a time of such ongoing market need,” said John Anderson, executive director at Kier Living.
“Sites like this underpin our strategic goals to build 4,000 new homes per annum by 2021.
“A project of this scale also gives us tremendous scope to provide strong opportunities for local companies across the supply chain, to provide local jobs, and importantly to offer training and employment programmes to help bring young people from across Northamptonshire into our industry.”
