Stewart Milne Homes secures planning permission for Cheshire site

Housebuilder Stewart Milne Homes has received unanimous approval from the planning committee at Cheshire West and Chester Council for planning permission to build 265 homes in Hooton, Cheshire.

The plans for the 18-hectare site include a number of two-bedroom apartments and houses ranging from two- to six-bedrooms

Construction is expected to begin in early 2019, with the first homes due to be completed by summer 2019.

Stephen Daintith, land and planning director at Stewart Milne Homes North West, said that the unanimous approval for the new homes in Hooton was a reflection of the quality of the homes it was building.

“This will be our largest development ever constructed here in the North West and marks a significant milestone in our investment in the region, leading the way for us to construct in more larger-scale developments in the near future.”
