He will join the developer and regeneration specialist from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a partner and head of UK Midlands logistics and industrial agency.
In his new role, David will lead the development of deeper strategic relationships with the occupier market and identify national opportunities for the development of St Modwen’s industrial and logistical portfolio and strategy.
