The airspace property developer – which was founded in 2008 – has an extended team of architects and technicians who use modular construction to design rooftop properties to exact specifications, which are then built in an offsite factory and installed using high access equipment.
The business will use the funding from BGF to accelerate its construction programme, with plans to develop 300-400 properties over the next three years.
